Positioned as a product of the middle price category from the atmoTEC plus VUW line, the products of which are designed to create heating and hot water systems in private homes, 3-4 room apartments, office and commercial premises with a total area of up to 192 m2.
Due to the use of a closed combustion chamber with forced flue gas removal, the Vaillant atmoTEC plus VUW 240/5-5 boiler does not require installation in dedicated boiler rooms and can be placed directly in residential areas. The device is equipped with a modulated gas burner made of heat-resistant stainless steel with a wide range of power control (from 30 to 100%) and electronic ignition.
An impressive heating capacity of 24 kW allows you to cook up to 11.5 liters of hot water per minute, which is quite enough to meet all the household needs of a family of 3-4 people. Thanks to the support of the eBus bus, the boiler can work with Vaillant multiMATIC, ERelax modules and the Vaillant comDialog remote monitoring / control unit, which provides control from a smartphone / laptop / PC via a global network.

The house isn't small, so I had to buy a full-sized boiler. )) This is a dual circuit system that replaced my old single circuit system. Now both the heating circuit and hot water heating are carried out in one device. The trick is that this boiler supports external control via the [censored] bus. So in the future I will be able to connect to it remotely and configure most of the settings directly from my smartphone. In the meantime, it is used with conventional controls, the panel of which is located at the bottom of the case, under a hinged lid. The boiler has a fairly high efficiency, up to 91%, which has already made it possible to significantly reduce gas consumption and gas bills. It consumes relatively little power, so I quickly picked up an uninterruptible power supply for it (we, in the private sector, cannot do without it). Due to the absence of forced draft, it works very quietly, it gives a noticeable sound only at the moment of ignition. Equipped with all necessary safety systems, including traction control and water circulation. Automatically turns off when gas falls or flame goes out, prevents overheating of water. Made in Germany with a 2 year warranty. The fact that the boiler does not have a turbofan for the forced removal of combustion products made it necessary to spend money on a good length and diameter of the chimney. Models with fans do not have such requirements. |
