The boiler has been running non-stop for the second year now—no complaints at all. This year, I plan to do some preventive cleaning to avoid neglect. The control is very simple: a dial and two buttons—you set it once and forget it. It's impossible to accidentally press or mess up something. But that doesn't mean it's primitive. If you want to dig deeper, the service manual explains in detail how to access the service menu—and there are plenty of functions there. For instance, I set the power according to the house area, and it's immediately noticeable: the burner started to work quieter, the flame is smaller. By default, it heats the water 5 degrees above the set temperature, then turns off for 20 minutes, then turns on the pump to circulate the water, and if the temperature is 5 degrees below the set point, it turns the burner back on. The only problem during all this time was with the three-way valve—it got stuck in winter, and the boiler stopped heating both the house and water. Most likely, it was due to unstable voltage (we live in a private sector, and it can drop to 180V in winter). A simple reboot helped. After that, I bought a UPS with a battery—no problems since then. Installed in November 2017, by March 2018 the pressure started to rise, and it turned out that the auxiliary pump had failed. It is recommended to install a needle-type pump (manufactured in Turkey) because the "original" is not suitable for the supplied water.
