At first they brought the wrong external unit, and they refused to change it, either install it, or refuse to buy it altogether, after a scandal they finally brought another one. Exactly the one that is suitable for this model, although I was assured that the first one would work fine, they are compatible, but we still changed it, why should I worry all the time whether it will work or not. Good air conditioning, and excellent design - fits perfectly into the interior. My brother recommended it to me, he has been working for him since June and has already been tested for both cooling and heating. In ventilation mode everything is fine too.
