Месяц назад был куплен данный нагреватель. Проработав буквально несколько дней вышла из строя плата управления. Уже месяц ждем запчасти, перспектив нет. Сервис в грубой форме рекомендует звонить в Киев на гарячую линию и ругатся. Главный офис gorenje отвечает что они запчастями не занимаются и обращайтесь в сервис. Вообщем ненавязчивый Украинский сервис. Жалею что не купил модель попроще без всякой электроники. Если вам дорого время и нервы, покупайте бойлеры и вообще всю электронику без новых электронных наворотов. Фирма Gorenje не имеет в запасе достаточного количества запчастей. Сервисники сказали что плату управления к духовке ждали три месяца. Узнать достоинства данной модель не представляется возможным сломался на 3й день. Purchased in September 2009, stopped heating after 4 days. Called a technician, the defect in the control board was fixed under warranty. In March 2012, the tank started leaking. I want to say at least something positive. The store are bastards, but the Sevastopol service center - REALLY GOOD!!! I called yesterday, described the problem. Today they came, confirmed the malfunction, and fixed it within 2 hours (replaced the control unit). Beautiful. Comfortable. Economical. Hello! It's me again. After 8 days of use, the touchpad failed. On its own, without any changes in voltage.
