The base model from the LG QNED81 family from 2023, equipped with a 50-inch 4K screen with 10-bit color depth. The Quantum Dot NanoCell Plus display has local dimming zones for the purest color reproduction and is capable of displaying over 1 billion colors, and it also has support for Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG and Advanced HDR technology standards. The model is powered by a progressive LG α 7 Gen 6 processor with intelligent functions AI Sound Pro, AI Picture Pro, AI Brightness Control and 4K AI Super Upscaling.

The acoustic subsystem of the LG 50QNED81 2023 is made according to the 2.0 scheme with a total power of 20 W. The aforementioned AI Sound Pro technology supports the creation of 5.1.2 virtual audio channels. The TV's interface shelf has two HDMI v 2.1 ports (one of which has eARC), a couple of HDMI v 2.0 ports, and two full-size USB ports.
