Balanced multi-purpose FullHD monitor with a semi-gloss 23.8-inch screen, 75Hz refresh rate, enhanced colour reproduction and built-in stereo speakers (2x3W). It belongs to the Philips E-Line product family of 2020, the monitors of which are positioned as universal devices for entry-level workstations and diverse home applications. Like other Philips monitors, it is designed and manufactured by the Chinese company TPV Technology.
It can be used to work with vector and raster graphics (photo / video processing), 3D modeling, engineering systems design in CAD / CAE packages, software development / testing and solving any office tasks (texts, tables, presentations, web content ). The Philips 242E2FA monitor is based on a full flicker-free 8-bit IPS-matrix with W-LED backlighting. In addition to improved colour reproduction (114% sRGB space), it provides a standard maximum brightness of 300 cd/m², sufficient contrast and wide viewing angles. With a fast response time (4ms GtG) and AMD FreeSync technology, the monitor delivers superb clarity and fluidity to action scenes.
