Thanks to the use of responsive VA and IPS matrices with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, the T-series monitor can be used as a conventional display for image output. At the same time, thoughtful asymmetric ergonomics, a "floating" screen with a reduced frame and support for 10 touches give a completely new experience of interacting with a desktop display.

For example, on such a display, you can work with tables, texts or e-mail, then tilt the monitor to the required level (the angle of inclination of the stand is from 30 to 80 degrees) and continue working in large tablet mode, playing with your fingers on the virtual on-screen keyboard in Ableton or control toolbars in Photoshop. But drawing with your fingers is not very convenient, a specialized graphics tablet is better suited for this. Also, with the help of VESA mounts, the T-series monitor can be attached to the wall, thereby simplifying placement in a confined space.

If we take these features out of brackets, then otherwise they will be quite standard monitors with the usual functional set. To connect to the image source, VGA and HDMI ports are most often used, DisplayPort and DVI-D are less common. Often on board there is support for the MHL standard for broadcasting images from a smartphone. Most representatives of the Acer T series are equipped with a pair of simple 2-watt speakers. Some models like the Acer T272HLb and T272HLbmjjz can boast a built-in USB hub for 3 – 4 slots.
