Condensing gas boiler for heating and hot water supply. The device is suitable for radiator heating systems and underfloor heating. It can heat houses with an area of up to 168 m². The burner with a modulation ratio of 1:5 allows flexible regulation of the Biasi RINNOVA COND 24 boiler power in the entire operating range, up to a maximum of 21 kW. The water temperature in the heating circuit is adjusted within the range from 25 °C to 85 °C, and in the hot water supply circuit - from 30 °C to 60 °C. The maximum capacity of water preparation for DHW is 14.3 l/min. The boiler has a "hot start" function, thanks to which heated water flows from the tap immediately after opening the valve. A set of protective systems (against flame extinction, lack of draft, water overheating and gas pressure drop) guarantees the safety of equipment operation.
