According to the manufacturer, this option will be the optimal power supply for balanced gaming builds with fifth-series processors from AMD and Intel, as well as with fairly powerful GeForce RTX 4060/4070-level video cards.
It is based on a time-tested hardware platform with traditional circuitry using the principle of group voltage stabilization. The cable system is fixed, but all cables have a flat profile, so their installation should not be a problem. The manufacturer guarantees protection against overvoltage (OVP), excess current (OPP) and short circuit (SCP). The official warranty is 2 years.

Chieftec EON ZPU-700S is a power supply with a basic energy efficiency certificate of 80 PLUS White, which means an efficiency of 80%. Of the total 700 W of power, it produces 636 W along the main +12 V line, which powers the processor and video card. Two 4+4-pin processor connectors and the same number of 6+2-pin video card connectors are available.
Anti-surge protection
The high voltage capacitor is made in Taiwan and allows a maximum operating temperature of up to 85°C. There is a classic group voltage stabilization, an active APFC correction mechanism and an input EMI filter, but there is no varistor for lightning protection. But protection against short circuits, power surges and line overloads is provided.
Quiet fan
The fan is built on a plain bearing, which is standard for budget power supplies. Up to a third of the load on the power supply unit, the propeller rotates at a speed of 700 rpm, which is almost inaudible, and then gradually accelerates. The cables are not removable, but they are very long, flat and soft, which facilitates their hidden installation inside the computer case.
