The base model in the Proton power supply family. The PSU is designed for advanced computers with a high level of performance. Form factor ATX (PS/2). The power supply has fixed current-carrying wiring and the circuitry is 80 PLUS Bronze certified. The device has a fairly high efficiency, which reaches 85%. The power supply is not subject to heating to a dangerous temperature, the circuit provides protection against overheating.
The main advantage of the Chieftec Proton BDF-400S is the use of a new generation of DC-DC voltage stabilization. The principle of stabilization is built both on a group principle and individually, which ensures the highest level of power supply for all elements of the computer path. It also provides protection against short circuit, insufficient voltage and overvoltage. The cooling system is represented by a 120 mm fan, which operates in a fairly quiet mode, and the rotation speed is determined automatically by the system, depending on the load. The power supply provides connection of only 1 graphics card. The motherboard is connected using a standard 24 pin connector.

Усі види захисту Хороші кондери Начинка із сучасним перетворювачем Товсті і чорні дроти, відразу видно не економії, деякі в сітчастому обплетенні. Не знайшов. Може короткуваті дроти для нижньго розташування. Але за таку ціну мабуть це норма. |
Нормальний БЖ, але не більше того. Він має як свої плюси так і декілька мінусів, які для декого можуть стати доволі помітним недоліком.Брав його в 2018 році, зараз вже планую його оновити, лише тому що відеокарти Nvidia переходять на новий тип конектору, тож він досі працює і ось лише нещодавно я змінив вентилятор в ньому. До речі, якщо плануєте міняти в ньому вентилятор то тут або оригінальний Globalfan ставити, або колхозити чи шукати доволі рідкісні вентилятори 135мм. Так так, тут стоїть неформатний 135мм вентиялтор. 140мм не підійде по розмірам, чи треба нові дірки свірлити, а 120 занадто малий.
Друге з чим будуть проблеми це живлення ЦП, тут лише 2х4 пін, коли сучасні потужні системи можуть просити 3х4 чи 4х4 пінове живлення для центральних процесорів. Далі, кабель живлення ЦП і материнської плати ну дуже короткі, якщо ж материнкою якись зазор є у MidTower, то за ЦП доводиться тягнути і боротися за кожен міліметр. В Іншому ж все нормально. Добре тримає перепади, не дуже шумний чи то я звик, модульна конструкція. Загалом непоганий вибір для бюджетної чи середньої збірки, в невеликому корпусі. Доволі якісна внутрянка
Не сильно гріеться в моїй сбірці Модульна конструкція Добре тримає перепади електронапруги 2х8 ліній для відеокарти, що дозволяє підключати прогресивні відеоприскорювачі. Короткі кабелі.
