Inexpensive generator from the "budget" series of Konner & Sohnen power plants. It has a 196 cc engine (6.5 hp), which is paired with an aluminium winding synchronous alternator. Together, they generate enough electricity to power several electrical appliances with a total power of up to 2.5 kW. In addition to supplying consumers with single-phase alternating current 230 V, the Konner&Sohnen Basic KSB 2800A generator can provide electric power to low-voltage direct current devices or recharge car batteries. To do this, it is equipped with 12 V terminals. The generator consumes fuel at a rate of 1.25 l / h at a load of 50% of the nominal. AVR system

The unit has a 196 cc engine with a manual start system. A synchronous alternator with an aluminium winding, which is typical for budget-class generators, is responsible for supplying consumers with single-phase alternating current 230 V. The AVR automatic voltage regulation system is designed to keep the output voltage at a constant value. At the same time, the model is equipped with 12 V terminals for charging car batteries and powering low-voltage electrical appliances.

Fuel consumption

In half load mode, the gas generator consumes 1.25 liters of fuel per hour. The tank of the model has a capacity of 15 liters. On a full charge, the generator can run up to 12 hours in a row(at the aforementioned 50 percent load). The manufacturer also equipped the device with an oil level sensor, which, when the lubricant level is low, automatically turns off the power unit to avoid wear on the working units.

Developed ergonomics

For ease of transportation, the handles of the generator are dressed in elastic pads. But the wheels in the design of the model is not provided. The operation of the device is supposed to be controlled from an ergonomic panel on the front side of the case.
