How to choose UPSMethods for choosing UPS for boiler, computer, refrigerator and other equipment
How to calculate the battery life of home and computer equipmentHow long will a conditional computer or refrigerator last from the UPS during power outages?
There is a generator, but since the heating season is coming and night outages may not last for an hour or two, I decided to take this UPS for the boiler + a 200A gel battery, so to speak, to have a reserve. In general, a gas boiler, 2 routers, a fiber optic terminal, 2 IP cameras, a working monitor are powered without effort. All together, the load comes out to about 200 W. The battery should last for 9.5 hours with continuous operation. And since the boiler pump will not work 100% without a break, it should be enough for 12 hours. Switches instantly, the boiler does not react at all to the change of source. At the time of distribution, the fan periodically turns on, and during charging it works constantly. But the noise level is minimal, not annoying at all. Another plus I can note is the support for charging LiFePO4 batteries. In general, it fully justifies its cost. The display is primitive, but the information displayed is more than enough, especially since there is nothing to look at, it works and is great. High-quality assembly, correct sine wave, quiet operation Not found Dmitriy P: use Logicpower LPY-W-PSW-500VA Plus less than month |
It so happened that we started having problems with the light, it blinks often, sometimes it’s gone for a couple of hours, and recently it was completely absent for two days. We warm ourselves with a gas boiler, so I decided that we would warm ourselves with batteries. I bought two 55 Ah batteries, and this uninterruptible power supply. The boiler is hidden behind a drawer in the kitchen. Attached to another box, and put two batteries there. Heavy of course, but what to do. The charging current was set to 15 A, the batteries are charged for almost a day. I did not check how long the batteries last, but for sure for a day, there was an experience. The bespereboynik is assembled very soundly. The display is technically primitive, but very informative. There are complaints about noise. The fan is quite noisy in my opinion. The wires could have been made longer, not very convenient, I had to twist them a little. Performs its function 100%. Wall execution. external battery cable outlet. You can connect batteries larger than 100 Ah (I think up to 200 Ah). Informative display. The fan is noisy. The battery cable could be longer.
