HP Smart Tank 500 is an interesting offer in the MFP shelf for home or small office. The model captivates with high productivity along with an on-board continuous ink supply system. But first things first.
Continuous ink supply
In the design of the device, they moved away from the usual cartridges, in exchange for which the above-mentioned CISS was introduced. The "body" of the MFP provides tanks for black, cyan, magenta and yellow ink. Bottles with paint of the corresponding colours go to the model in addition. The content of three complete containers with black ink is enough for about 18K prints, colour ink — for printing 7K pages.
