Matari MDA7000SE

Matari MDA7000SE is a mini-diesel power plant of the Japanese "breed" for the main or backup power supply of small objects. The rated power of generating electricity by it is 4.5 kW, the maximum is 5 kW.

Electric starter

The four-stroke engine of the unit is started from an electric starter by turning the ignition key. The autorun function is not provided in the basic version of the model. Instead, it is proposed to connect the ATS unit through the socket on the front panel of the generator or buy an older modification of the power plant in the face of the MDA7000SE-ATS. Also on the front side of the device case there are two sockets (for 16 A and 32 A), 12V terminals for charging batteries, an information screen (for displaying the hour metre and output voltage).

Fuel economy

For an hour of operation in the mode of weighted average loads , the generator “eats” approximately 1.2 liters of diesel fuel. Taking into account the tank volume of 15 liters, a full refueling of the generator with fuel will be enough for 12 hours of autonomous electricity generation. With all this, the unit makes no noise louder than a kitchen hood at maximum speed — it emits a noise of about 65 dB at a distance of 7 m.

Stable voltage

To stabilize the output voltage , a synchronous alternator is used inside the Matari MDA7000SE. On his shoulders are the tasks of "leveling" the outgoing voltage in the corridor of values close to 230 V. In the minuses of the model, one can only write down the rather heavy weight of the device assembly (155 kg). However, in the presence of transport wheels, the movement of the unit does not cause any special problems.
