The generator is normal. So AVR 1. This is some sort of clumsy copy of AVR FUBAG (see Fig.1) Moreover, the latter is made significantly better in appearance, although it has a structure and content of 1:1 2. The board itself - it's not Japan - it's very poor China. (see Fig.2). Some makeshift jumpers, stickers of white fixing substance... 3. It stopped working after 6 months. It turned out that the control board burned out. The one that was slapped together hastily. Negotiations with the service gave nothing. The repair was refused, citing "definitely improper operation." That is, it could have burned out due to voltage surges. I want to say that you don't buy a generator if the network is perfect. I had a phase control relay that controlled these very surges. Moreover, if your AVR is so afraid of voltage fluctuations, then why not indicate it in the manual, and why not make a small power supply with stabilization for it? In short, they refused me warranty repair even without any inspection. 4. Interesting fact. The controller board has a URL address. I looked for information about this device. Going to the link led to... a Chinese porn site... 5. Bought a board for 1200 UAH from an official representative. Could fight further, but that wouldn't bring electricity. The board looked significantly better than the previous one (Fig.3). Without jumpers and stickers. With the same URL. But... 6. The mounting holes do not match. (Fig. 4-5). Forced to bend. The mobile power plant of the Japanese "breed" Matari MX7000E-ATS will serve as a backup power source for a country house, a small office with low-power consumers or a construction site.
Homegrown gasoline unit
The model carries on board a home-grown four-stroke M188F engine with a volume of 389 “cubes”, which is driven by an electric starter and is capable of producing up to 5.5 kW of electricity in maximum performance mode. The rated power of the unit with an eye on long-term uninterrupted operation is exactly 5 kW. Gasoline is used as fuel for the generator. At a full refueling of a 25-liter tank with fuel, almost 14 hours of continuous operation of the power plant are provided.
Control Panel
The unit is assembled in a housing with overall dimensions of 825x530x560 mm and put on transport wheels for ease of movement. On its control panel, you can see two 230 V sockets (normal 16 A and power 32 A), a 12 V DC output, and an information screen. In order not to miss the maintenance period of the nodes, the generator was equipped with an hour metre.
ATS system
The crown "chip" of the Matari MX7000E-ATS is the ATS reserve input system. It monitors the presence of voltage in the power supply network and, in its absence, gives a control signal to start the generator. This system can be paired with an uninterruptible power supply, which provides backup power to consumers until the gasoline power plant is fully launched. Those. interventions in the operation of the unit are not required, the main thing is to add fuel to its tank in time.
