Since the fans have a low speed of 1350 rpm, they work almost silently, while creating a good air flow
One of the cool solutions of these fans is PST, that is, you can take several fans, connect their cables one to another and connect it to one connector on the motherboard, and they will work! Since they do not require so much energy to spin, you can connect several of them. But still, you should not attach a dozen to one connector, here any motherboard will not withstand this.
In general, this is a great budget solution. Especially if you take other options in this price category. But you should not put them for cooling the CPU or for blowing radiators, but as air blowing in or out, as auxiliary, it is a very good solution.
