A car is such a thing that when it's new, you drive it, but when it gets old, it drives you. My VAZ-2112, which turns 14 this year, requires more and more attention. Three years ago, I mostly took the car to a service center and didn't worry, but now my income has gotten so bad that I have to recall my youth and the skills I learned under my father's VAZ "shesteryonok”. And what kind of repair can be done without a good set of tools? To settle this issue right away, I got this set from Intertool. They make tools that are inexpensive yet fairly high-quality – the affordable price was an important factor in choosing them. Great set of wrenches and sockets. The 11 keys have a combined design, that is, on one side there is a classic open-end key, and on the other, a cap key. Half-inch and quarter-inch sockets are also available in a wide range: from small 4 mm to large 32 mm. This variety completely covers my needs. There is a spark plug head, two universal joints and a floating head wrench. Some hexagon socket wrenches came in handy. An excellent set of bits consisting of two dozen bits (for slotted, cross, star and hexagon). The metal from which the tool is made is of high quality; there is almost no wear and tear over a year of use. The suitcase visually gives the impression of cheap Chinese nonsense. Plastic is poorly processed in places, although its thickness and strength do not raise questions. The kit comes with a good selection of bits, but no screwdriver. A strange decision, because of which you have to fence a garden from a bit-adapter-extension-ratchet (or crank). |
