A high-performance wireless router capable of providing simultaneous operation in two bands — 2.4 and 5 GHz. This model belongs to the middle price category and is intended for use at home or in a small office. Thanks to the modern hardware platform, it fully supports the Wi-Fi 802.11ac standard, and the presence of full-duplex antennas makes stable data transmission at speeds up to 867 Mbps possible.
The range of the wireless network will please demanding users, and the configuration of the antennas ensures its approximate uniformity in all directions. Using the 5 GHz band is especially useful when operating the TP-LINK Archer C1200 router in noisy air of apartment buildings, when classic 2.4 GHz routers located in nearby apartments create mutual interference, which leads to a general drop in performance.
This model is also equipped with four Gigabit Ethernet 1000BASE-TX (10/100/1000 Mbps) cable LAN ports and one similar incoming WAN port supporting static and dynamic addressing protocols (DHCP), PPPoE, IPsec, L2TP, PPTP . Provides secure encryption of wireless network traffic and the ability to filter connecting devices by MAC address. Device management is possible through a web interface or through a special free application for Android and iOS.

Been using it for two years - disappointed, not suitable for gaming as it can randomly reboot at any moment. Very weak antennas, can lose signal completely after just two walls. Initially, firmware updates were coming, but nothing improved for the better. Availability of a 5 GHz network. (Though at this price, it should already be standard) Loads slowly, weak hardware, very weak antennas (the signal drops by half through one wall), the firmware is underdeveloped (restarts itself a couple of times a week at inconvenient moments). Overpriced. use TP-LINK Archer C1200 month or more i recommend it don't buy |

Question about TP-LINK Archer C1200 Не признает интернет подключения
Купил роутер месяц назад и практически всем доволен но, иногда у него бывают трудные дни-когда он не признает интернет подключения. Тогда на статус баре загорается красный символ(планета) тот который за подключение кабеля отвечает.В фирменном приложении говорят что отсутствует либо неисправно интернет подключение.Лечится только полной перезагрузкой и-то не всегда, бывает когда интернет пропадает на весь день и горит красный индикатор.Вопрос к людям из TpLink:"Шо мне делать?"
