The robot vacuum cleaner from the well-known German manufacturer Karcher is part of the budget segment and is a versatile model: it is capable of performing dry and wet cleaning separately or combining them. Its features include a dustbin with a capacity of 420 ml, a water tank of 250 ml, a main turbo brush, a side brush for collecting debris in corners and along walls, and a microfiber cloth attachment for wet cleaning.

With a suction power of 4000 Pa, the device can clean both hard floor surfaces and short-pile carpets. There are 4 power modes to choose from depending on the type of surface and the level of dirtiness. The low body height (8 cm) allows the robot to clean under furniture without getting stuck. Inside, the Karcher RCV 2 has a built-in battery with a capacity of 2600 mAh, which provides up to 130 minutes of autonomous operation on a single charge.

After cleaning is complete or if the battery is significantly depleted, the robot vacuum automatically returns to the docking station. For navigation, it uses a gyroscope and sensors that help it orient in space, build accurate maps and efficient routes, avoid obstacles, and prevent falls from heights (such as stairs). The gadget connects to a mobile app on a smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi and can be controlled remotely. In the app, users can adjust the water flow to the cloth, set up a cleaning schedule, and other parameters. Information indicating that the device requires intervention from its owner is often given in verbal form. Additionally, a remote control included in the package can be used for operation.
