Universal lens for Sony systems. It stands out primarily for its wide range of focal lengths of 18-200 mm, thanks to which it can be used for both wide-angle and telephoto shooting (in the latter version, the built-in image stabilizer is especially useful). However such versatility had to be paid for by a relatively low aperture ratio — f / 3.5 – f / 6.3. The standard matrix type is APS-C.

Was good on Nex7/a5100/a6300 and now on a6400. This is a reportage or even "documentary" lens. Hundreds of reports from a tripod and handheld. Video clips of sports and animal photos for various websites. It is versatile. To a large amount of Sony optics, I always add this zoom. + Fast for such focal lengths + Stabilization works excellently, which led me to choose the a6400 instead of the a6500 with stabilization + Build quality is superb + Versatile.
