It compares favorably with cheap USB models of similar devices by the possibility of stable operation in two frequency bands (2.4 and 5 GHz) and support for MIMO 2: 2x2 multi-stream data transfer technology (only in the 802.11n 2.4 GHz network). Equipped with two detachable rotary dipole antennas with a gain of 5 dBi, which allows you to adjust their position in relation to the router / access point. It has half the standard PCB height and comes with a low-profile bracket for installation in ultra-compact mini-ITX cases, which allows this adapter to be used in HTPC systems. Supports current security protocols and traffic encryption.

Work on 2 frequencies. Constant disconnections! Literally, after a minute of operation, the adapter stops transmitting data. The connection to the router just disappears and that’s it (the drivers are installed, everything is connected and done correctly). Horribly long connection to the Wi-Fi router. use Asus PCE-AC51 less than month |
