Reliable and relatively lightweight 3-speed battery-powered impact wrench with Makita eXtreme Protection technology that protects against dust and splashing water. Applies to models from the Makita LXT family of professional handheld power tools. It is positioned as a product of the middle price category, designed for screwing / unscrewing threaded connections based on bolts and nuts.
Suitable for working with more specific connecting elements — capercaillie and anchor screws. Thanks to its light weight and modest overall dimensions, it will perfectly cope with tasks in confined spaces. The Makita DTW285Z impact wrench is equipped with a maintenance-free brushless DC motor, paired with a durable single-speed aluminium alloy die-cast gearbox. This bundle provides an impressive peak torque (up to 280 Nm), which allows you to cope with fasteners up to M20. Thanks to its high energy efficiency and outstanding overload resistance, the tool handles high-intensity repetitive work with ease. LED backlight with afterglow function will be useful in low light conditions. Designed to be powered by Makita 18V lithium-ion batteries, but batteries are not included.
