Overall, the jokes about plumbing for cooling and high-voltage lines for power turned out to be not quite jokes. A power-hungry, very hot chip. The main advantage of this processor is that you can use it until you buy a graphics card, thanks to the integrated graphics, and at the moment, this is a huge plus. For example, if you take the 5600G, it will later bottleneck any discrete card with a limited number of PCIe lanes and cut-down L3 cache - YouTube is full of tests with dismal results. Performance - my old 10400f tears it to shreds, FPS and stability in games have increased significantly. The integrated graphics allow you to finally play something, it handles PoE, Raft, and even Minecraft with a hundred mods (and that's a very resource-demanding beast, trust me), so there's plenty to play. Price - a little lower than the competitor like the 5600x, and if you take the non-K version, the offer is even more attractive. Now, it's not necessary to get a Z-chipset for fast memory; boards on B560 support its overclocking and are reasonably priced. Heating and wild consumption. The Dark Rock 4 Pro barely copes with it, even at stock, holding around 76-82 degrees in AIDA, with brief spikes to nearly 90. It doesn't particularly want to undervolt either, it seems Intel sends pretty tight chips on the lower series. The processor is very good. But I have a 200W cooler, I unlocked the processor power consumption in the BIOS. At load, it consumes 150-170W.
