The main differences lie in the cameras, now they are dual (both main and front); in a processor that, judging by the test results, has become at least 50% more powerful; as well as a larger capacity battery. In terms of features, while the 11 Pro and 11 Pro Max have been the main focus on photography and video, the base iPhone 11 also received a lot of improvements regarding photos and videos. For example, a night shooting mode has appeared, and with a clearly better efficiency compared to competitors (even compared to the Samsung S10), as well as shooting video in HDR at 60 fps. One lens of the main camera is made wide-angle, the second is ultra-wide-angle. The first iPhone in my life. Many tried to dissuade me from this long-awaited purchase, suggesting a budget Honor or Samsung instead, but I decided to splurge on the iPhone 11. What can I say - it's a wonderful device. I switched to the iPhone from a Samsung A50, which started glitching after a week or two of use, despite being bought from the original store. I struggled with the Samsung for exactly a year and then decided to fulfill my long-standing dream by buying an iPhone. I've been using it for just under a month, and I'm still amazed by its quick and precise performance. I have no complaints about the camera or the phone's performance - everything is simply perfect. I was choosing between the 11 and 12 for a long time but ultimately realized that I preferred the design of the 11, and the difference between the two models is minimal, both in the camera and performance. The size is convenient - the phone is not small, but you can't call it large either, it fits well in the hand, although I definitely recommend getting a case because the back panel is quite slippery. Camera, processor, appearance, excellent battery (holds charge easily from eight in the morning to nine or ten in the evening, and if you charge with the original adapter for two thousand, it charges to 80% in 15-20 minutes, to 100% in 25-30 minutes). The legend of the "iPhone discharging in the cold" is just a myth invented by competitors. I don't know about previous models, but with the 11, I used it in both 0 degrees and -25, everything works well, no glitches, the charge holds as it does in a warm room, it doesn't turn off. Fans of bezel-less screens might find it challenging to get used to this model, as it features the famous iPhone "notch" and rather wide side edges. I also have to mention the slippery back panel; it's advisable to use a case if you don't want to drop the phone every time. ![]() |
Excellent phone: after two Androids, the 11th is just great, almost no complaints, I often use it for completely different purposes: editing videos, making presentations, and other "heavy" operations that would make an Android smartphone slow down and freeze, the iPhone just handles the task in a snap. Lately, FaceID sometimes (every two to three months) lags, but it's not critical. The speakers are superb - good and loud, excellent sound and audibility. The battery holds up excellently - it easily lasts the whole day with active iPhone use. And what's most pleasant - the cold doesn't affect it at all, whether it's +20 or -20, you don't notice a difference in performance (because there is no difference). Good camera with portrait shooting function (but sometimes - rarely - this function lags due to unclear borders with the background, or maybe the iPhone just reacts to me: when photographing friends - the portrait function in the camera has never lagged). Excellent battery, holds a charge for a long time (20 hours with active use); Excellent camera with portrait function; A powerful six-core processor and excellent RAM - takes out any applications from the AppStore; FaceID and noise reduction function work well; Stunning slow motion and overall 4k video recording at 60 fps.
