I've been using this air conditioner for a year, since last summer. It fully meets my needs. It operates very quietly, and with my profession (simultaneous interpreter), the level of concentration sometimes goes through the roof; any noise distracts and irritates. Besides, there is a "Silky" mode, which makes me completely forget it's on. The presence of louvered fins with holes that diffuse the airflow just eliminates the problem of cold drafts and discomfort in the head and neck. Generally, I don't like air conditioners (all except mine), I get sick instantly from artificial cooling and cold airflow. Mine doesn't blow at all; it feels like the room just cools down evenly. I don't have to bother with air direction settings, louver adjustments, or temperature switches. The AC is entirely self-sufficient. I never turn it off; I set the temperature mode I need, press the SILKY button, and then it does the rest, whether I'm sleeping, working, or standing under it. My cat, a Sphynx breed - no fur, in short - is also satisfied. Plus, it has WI-FI, heats in the winter, and has an economy mode. The indoor unit is noisy and occasionally makes a loud crackling sound. Additionally, the motor can be heard thumping periodically. It's unclear how the Follow Me function works. When activated, the remote displays different temperatures, and I couldn't discern any pattern in the temperature readings. The documentation says nothing about this. I chose only inverter models from the start. It's medium-sized, but its big advantage is that it's flat and doesn't protrude much from the wall. That's where all the advantages end. The indoor unit is noisy and occasionally makes a loud crackling sound. Additionally, the motor can be heard thumping periodically. The quality does not match its current price.
